Work Skills Programmes

Mastroe work skills programmes are relatively short practical programmes that focus on delivering Key personal, social and functional Skills for work but also offer a practical overview on Key tasks, processes and workflows for the workplace.

Overview

Mastroe Work skills Programmes deliver one or more of the following.

– Personal work skills – for workplace efficiency
– Social work Skills – mainly communication, teamwork and workplace etiquette
– Functional Skills – (as required) I.T skills and use of standard software and Equipment
– Work Processes – Master data, Order, Proof, Manufacture, packaging, shipping, stock reports.
– Back To Work – CV, profile and portfolio building, LinkedIn and other work resources
– Mentoring & Support

DEVELOP

Develop Programme

Students and Youths: The Develop programme is our work skills programme for students and youths of working age including NEET groups. The programme is particularly for situations where work based learning can be used to motivate, empower or offer an advantage to a young person. Read More

ASPIRE

Aspire Programme

Adults: The Aspire programme is our work skills programme for Adults that are disadvantaged  or have been unemployed for over 6 weeks. The programme is primarily to build confidence, provide a practical but simplified overview of industry processes and workflows, help fill skill gaps and finally provide mentoring and support to help get back into employment. Bespoke Training

The skills programmes can be adapted to meet the requirements of your organization. If you are interested in providing employment opportunities to beneficiaries who have been made work ready by engaging with Mastroe but would prefer that the training is adapted to suit processes and functions that take place within your organisation, please get in touch with us to discuss bespoke training and other available opportunities.

Certification and Other Opportunities

On completion, beneficiaries receive a Mastroe certificate. Beneficiaries who successfully complete Mastroe work skills programmes can be helped directly into work or onto a preferred Mastroe Work Experience programmes that becomes available to further improve their skills, confidence and chance for employment
