The Mastroe Star Employers Program is to recognize organizations that as a part of their corporate social responsibility and their overall recruitment policy work with the Mastroe Charity to support and provide employment opportunities to our beneficiaries.
From our calculations that focus soley on JSA claimants, we found that there are approximately 2,000 people in Bedford, 110,000 in the East of England, 1.5million in the UK that require Mastroe services. Although we would love to, it is not feasible to provide Job opportunities to every single one of our beneficiaries. The Star Employers initiative help to create other avenues and ultimately renewed hope for more of the most marginalised individuals within our community.
